Kiki's yoga isn't the normal yoga - it's amazing!  I have tried yoga many times over the last 20 years and never really got into it.....I actually found it boring.....squished into classes......battling the poses, trying to relax.......but when I met Kiki and started her classes with a few of my Mimi Holliday HQ, I/we discovered YOGA.... or rather Kiki's yoga...... one amazing benefit is that it has taught me to meditate when needed without realising I am.  Thank you Kiki.  Damaris

Kiki is the best yoga teacher I have come across.  Pupils emerge from her classes feeling destressed, supple and with a positive frame of mind.  She challenges pupils in a very gentle and subtle way and I have seen huge improvements in my own balance, flexibility, core strength and general well being thanks to her.  Her knowledge of yoga is vast and there is always something new introduced in weekly classes.  As a trained doctor, she has a deep understanding of the way yoga benefits the body's health as well as the mind.  Emily

Kiki's class is the only moment during the week I manage to turn my mind off!  She's an amazing teacher.  She brings her knowledge of the body into the yoga class, which fascinates me & brings another layer. Kiki's yoga classes are deeply restorative, centering & always enjoyable.  Kiki is a wonderful person & yoga teacher.  She leads the class in an experienced, intuitive & flowing way through many yoga postures.  I love how responsive she is, introducing postures that are exactly what my body needs at the time.  I always feel in very safe & calm hands.  Her class has become an important part of my week as it leaves me feeling more balance, flexible & calm.  This is not simply because I am doing some yoga but also because Kiki is the one who is teaching it - with a beautiful mix of wisdom, humour & kindness. I joined Primrose Hill Yoga at the beginning of 2017 & I loved Kiki’s classes from the minute I stepped inside her beautiful studio!
