Primrose Hill Yoga is a tranquil and light-filled yoga studio in the heart of Primrose Hill, London. I founded it in 2005 as a place for people of all ages & abilities to feel nurtured, whilst experiencing the physical, mental, emotional & spiritual benefits of yoga.

I was born in London and fell in love with yoga aged 6, when I took a class in a friend’s playroom.

I studied medicine at King's College, London and graduated with Distinction. I have worked as a medical doctor in some of London’s top hospitals.

I trained as a Yoga Teacher at the Sivananda Ashram, Canada as a Yoga Therapist with the Yoga Biomedical Trust, London and as a Pregnancy Yoga Teacher with Birthlight. I started my yoga career teaching 2 year olds and taught yoga therapy at London’s celebrated Triyoga.

I have narrated Becalmed, an album of Yoga Nidra meditations. I write for national newspapers and magazines and make a monthly contribution to Om Yoga Magazine.

As a yoga therapist and medical doctor, I combine my medical knowledge and yoga experience to provide a unique, holistic approach.

My first book “Nurturing Your Family With Yoga” was published in 2021 by YogaWords, an imprint of Pinter & Martin.

I live in London with my husband and 3 children.
